Summer is in full swing and we’re making the most of it with cocktails in hand! Specifically, Sparkling Ginger Peach Cocktails that are a little bit fizzy, a little bit spicy, and with all of the juicy sweetness of biting into a fresh peach. Who else is super excited for peach season?!
It’s been particularly hot and humid in Boston, but I’m still just so incredibly thankful to be able to soak in some sun (and build up my vitamin D reserves) and lounge around in a t-shirt and flip flops. After a couple of years of living at our place, Aaron and I finally found the time to purchase some outdoor furniture for our deck, which includes a couple of comfy chairs and a small table. It’s the ideal setup for enjoying casual happy hours at home and catching up at the end of busy work days.
Our go-to cocktails as of late have been extra summery and so delicious that I’m deeming this recipe bar-worthy. And by that I mean we would happily pay $12-15 for these drinks at a bar. (But hooray! We don’t have to.) These Sparkling Ginger Peach Cocktails use Finlandia Classic Vodka as the base, plus peach juice, sparkling water, fresh lemon and ginger juices, a little agave nectar, and then they’re finished with sprigs of fresh mint and peach slices. They’re simple, seasonal, and a wonderfully happy shade of orange.
If you’re looking for an easy and summery beverage to sip, these Sparkling Ginger Peach Cocktails are perfect for casual happy hours, holidays with friends and family, or on a regular old Wednesday when it’s just you in a t-shirt and flip flops at home. They’re sweet, lemony, spicy, and just 7 ingredients too.
Cheers to savoring peach season and all of that summer sunshine—despite the humidity!

I can’t believe that it’s August already and I haven’t done a proper happy hour yet this summer. I’ve been wanting to try a recipe with ginger and peach. This looks perfect!

The fresh peaches from our farmer’s market have been especially great this summer. What a fantastic way to use them! Thanks for sharing and happy summer to you and Aaron!

This sounds like the perfect thing to drink while sitting outside on a hot summer evening. I like that you used sparkling water too – love those bubbles!
Amanda Maguire says
I’m a sucker for the bubbles too! 🙂
Molly says
I made these over the weekend using store bought peach and ginger juices because I don’t own a juicer. They turned out great! Me and my friends drank the entire pitcher they went down so easy. 😉
Amanda Maguire says
That’s so great to hear, Molly! They do go down very easy…haha

Ginger and peach sounds super amazing right now! It’s been so hot in Portland. There has been no cooking at my house, but drinks? That I can do! 😉
Amanda Maguire says
You house sounds like my house. 😉 Salads + cold drinks + popsicles on rotation over here.
